Evelyn Adeline Bulitz

1944 - 2006

BULITZ, EVELYN:  At Welland Hospital on Saturday, January 7, 2006, Evelyn Adeline Bulitz (nee Atkinson) of Wellandport, in her 62nd year.  Beloved wife of Delbert (Bert) Bulitz.  Loving mother of Ira Bulitz and Donna, and of Carol Firlotte and Chris.  Cherished grandmother of Holly, Shannon, Michael, Brittany and Tyler.  Dear sister of Ralph Atkinson and Sylvia, Ruby Turner and the late Robert Turner, her twin brother Ira Atkinson and Sharon, and step sister of Beatrice Henry and Al.  Also survived by her sisters-in-law Noreen Atkinson, Loretta Atkinson, Helen Robins, Claudia Robins, Diane, and her brother-in-law Bruce Silverthorne.  Predeceased by her infant daughter Bonnie, brothers Earland Atkinson, Leslie Atkinson, Robert Atkinson, Wilbert Atkinson, her sister Marjorie Silverthorne, and step brothers Clifford Robins and Clarence Robins.  Friends called at Merritt Funeral Home, 287 Station Street, Smithville on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm.  The funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 11, 2006 at 11 am at the funeral home.  Cremation followed with later inurnment at Waite Cemetery, Abingdon.  If desired, memorial contributions to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated by the family and can be made through the funeral home.
