Helen Jessie Muir 1921 - 2006
MUIR, HELEN:  Peacefully, at Clarion Nursing Home in Stoney Creek on Thursday, September 28, 2006, Helen Jessie Muir of Niagara Falls (and previously Caistor Centre), in her 86th year.  Loving daughter of the late Elvin Muir and the late Clara Muir (nee Crooks)Dear sister of Jean and Peter Waldram of Hamilton, and of Betty Wismer of Stoney Creek.  Long-time friend of Harry Browning of Winnipeg.  Helen will also be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews and cousins.  Friends may call at the Merritt Funeral Home, 287 Station Street, Smithville on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm.  The funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Monday, October 2 at 1 pm.  Interment Grace United Church Cemetery.  If desired, memorial contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family and can be made through the funeral home.
