Bessie Stroud 1917 - 2006
STROUD, ALMA "BESSIE" (nee Forth):  "Baseball Bessie" passed away November 3, 2006 at Albright Centre in Beamsville.  She was predeceased by her beloved husband, James Felix - "The Captain".  Survived by her children Joanne (Ainsley) Hamilton, Mick (Meata) Stroud, Dennis Stroud, Jim Stroud, and Jay (Cathy) Stroud, 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.  A private family service has taken place with inurnment at East Lawn Cemetery, Hamilton.
