John Joseph Vishnisky 1916 - 2007
VISHNISKY, JOHN:  At Henderson General Hospital in Hamilton on Friday, December 7, 2007, John Vishnisky of Caistor Centre and previously of Hamilton, in his 92nd year.   An employee for over 35 years at Stelco, John is survived by his nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by his sisters Veronica Davidson, Mary Wallis, Annie Horbatuk and brother Emile Vishnisky.  Friends may call at the Merritt Funeral Home, 287 Station Street, Smithville on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm.  The funeral service will be held on Monday, December 10 at 11 am at the funeral home.  Interment Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Stoney Creek.  If desired, memorial contributions to the Lung Association would be appreciated by the family and can be made through the funeral home.
