NYBY, VAGN FREDERIK HARALD:  Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at West Lincoln Memorial Hospital October 4, 2008.  Loved husband of Ruth.  Dearest father of Paul Nyby (Karen) of New Jersey, Linda Alleblas (Bert) of Caistor Centre, Joanne Packham (Murray) of Smithville.  Cherished morfar of Jason (Gida), Nicki (Owen), Amy (Mike), Becky (Richard) and farfar to Erik, Michael (Sonya), Katy, Emily.  Dear oldefar to Tyler, Aidan, Connor, Madison, Danica, Kennedy, Hunter and Selah.  Vagn will also be missed by many nieces and nephews in Denmark.  A private service was held at the Danish Lutheran Church, 130 Main Street East, Grimsby on Monday, October 6, 2008 at 1:30 pm.  Private interment at Ker United Church Cemetery.  If desired, memorial contributions to the Danish Lutheran Church would be appreciated by the family and can be made through the funeral home.
