Earl Glenford Sherk 1940 - 2008
SHERK, EARL:  At Hamilton General Hospital on Thursday, February 7, 2008, Earl Glenford Sherk of RR#2 Canfield and previously of Port Colborne, in his 68th year.  Beloved husband of Vicky Sherk (nee Banika) for over 38 years.  Loving son of Violet and the late Glenford Sherk.  Loving father of Mike (Lorraine Brown), Jason (Julie), and Andrew (Stefanie Lees).  Cherished grandfather of Tyler, Kaitlyn, Noah, Jarrett and Chloe.  Dear brother of James Sherk (Sherry), and Sandra Sherk.  Sadly missed by his nieces and nephews.  Friends may call at the Merritt Funeral Home, 287 Station Street, Smithville on Sunday from 7-9 pm.  The funeral service will be held at the Caistorville United Church on Monday, February 11 at 2 pm.  Cremation will follow.  If desired, memorial contributions to the Caistorville United Church would be appreciated by the family and can be made through the funeral home.   Click here for directions
