James Murray Waite 1928 - 2009
WAITE, MURRAY:  It is with great sadness that the Waite family announces the passing of James Murray Waite at Temiskaming Hospital on August 7, 2009 in his 82nd year.  He is survived by his wife Norma Jean Waite (nee Wilcox) for 59 years.  Murray will be greatly missed by his sister Betty and her husband John Bristo.  Loving and missing him are his children Walter and his wife Shirley, Lucille and her husband Paul Tribe, Thomas and his wife Jean, Bonnie and her husband Jim McDonald, grandchildren Chad (Erika), Trevor (Lianne), Mandi (Sean), April (Andrew), Timothy (Samantha) and Kristal (Joe), and great-grandchildren Jericho, Roen, Evan, Dominique, Keria, Kayla and Riley.  Friends may call at the Merritt Funeral Home, 287 Station Street, Smithville on Monday, August 10 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm.  The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 11 at 11 am at the funeral home.  Cremation will follow.  If desired, memorial contributions to the Temiskaming Hospital Dialysis Unit would be appreciated by the family and can be made through the funeral home.
