Robert Lawrence Feenstra 1965 - 2010
FEENSTRA, ROBERT:  “Psalm 30, v.5:  Weeping may remain for a night, but rejoicing comes in the morning.”  At his home in Smithville on Saturday, January 23, 2010, Robert (Rob) Lawrence Feenstra in his 45th year.  Beloved husband of Wendy (nee Vis).  Dear son of Harry and Jenny Feenstra.  Loving father of Jay and Erica, Walter and Cheryl, Vanessa and Bryan Kieft and Michael.  Dear brother of  Peter and Margaret, Rick and Debbie, James and Cathy, Corinne and John Gelms, and the late John; son-in-law of Roelof and Femmy Vis; brother-in-law of Tjamme and Gerda Vis, Willy and George Buitenwerf,   Bert  and Joan Vis, Margriet Vis, Alida and Ruben Sarfaty, Wolter  and Veronica  Vis, Mieke and Arno Brehler and Tjerk Peereboom.  Rob will also be missed by many nieces and nephews.  The family will receive friends for visitation on Monday, January 25 at the Canadian Reformed Church of Smithville (320 Station Street) from 2-4 and 7-9 pm.  The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 26 at 10 am at the church.  Interment Union Cemetery, Smithville.  If desired, memorial contributions to Anchor Home would be appreciated by the family and can be made through the funeral home.
