| CHOVANCE, WILLIAM: With family by his side, on Monday, May 23, 2005, William (Bill) Stephen Chovance of Caistor Centre, in his 73rd year. Beloved husband of Jeanette Chovance (nee Bluhm) for 47 years. Loving father of Brenda and Robert Vincent, Barbara and Steve Fisher, Terry and Cindy Chovance, and Steven Chovance and Karen Koski. Cherished grandpa of Keeley, Cory, Michael, Spencer, Haley, Riley and Blake. Dear brother of Louis and Betty Chovance, Tony and Donna Chovance, and Rosie and Joe Giovannetti. Predeceased by his sister Amelia Giovannetti, brother John Benyuski and sister Julia Benyuski. Friends may call at Merritt Funeral Home, 287 Station Street, Smithville on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, May 27, 2005 at 11 am at St. Martin of Tours Roman Catholic Church, Smithville. Interment at the church's adjoining cemetery. Special thanks to all the caregivers who helped fulfill Bill's wish to remain at home during his illness.
