DEBOER, MARY: The Lord in His wisdom called home His covenant child, Minke (Mary) DeBoer of Beamsville in her 70th year, at West Lincoln Memorial Hospital in Grimsby on Saturday, December 17, 2005. Mary was the beloved mother of Dan and Jane VanLeeuwen of Alberta, Louise and Don Dewitt of Manitoba, Jeff and Jane VanLeeuwen of Manitoba, Ken and Lyn VanLeeuwen of Guelph, John and Barb VanLeeuwen of Alberta and Emily and Albert Breukelman of Vineland. Dearly loved Oma of 31 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Loving sister of Theresa Reitsma, Linda and Pete Oosterhoff, John and Joanne DeBoer, Gertie Vanderheiden, Konnie and Ann DeBoer, Diane DeBoer, Les Van Egmond, Gerry and Nellie DeBoer, Betty and Simon Breukelman, and Alice and Peter Lof. Predeceased by her mother Loltje DeBoer (1973), father Jitze DeBoer (1978), sister Trijnte DeBoer (1926), brother Melle DeBoer (1983), brothers-in-law Thomas Reitsma (1996) and Nick Vanderheiden (2004), and sister Ann Van Egmond (2005). The funeral service will be held today (Wednesday, December 21, 2005) at 10 am at the Canadian Reformed Church of Smithville, 330 Station Street, Smithville. Interment Union Cemetery, Smithville.
