| DICKSON, JAMES: Peacefully, at Henderson General Hospital in Hamilton, on Saturday, December 17, 2005, James O. Dickson of Smithville in his 82nd year. Beloved husband for 57 years of Mary (Molly) Dickson. Loving father of Al and Lynn Dickson and of Fiona and Derek Chetwynd. Cherished by his grandchildren Kathleen, Aaron and Caitlyn, and Sarah, and by his great grandson Callum. Jim will also be missed by his sister Betty Blandford. Predeceased by his brother Sandy Dickson. The funeral service was held Tuesday, December 20, 2005 at 12 Noon with Rev. Katie Campion officiating. A private family interment at Union Cemetery followed. Memorial contributions to the Juravinski Cancer Centre or Smithville Presbyterian Church can be made through the funeral home. |
