| FAWCETT, JOHN (JACK): Suddenly, at his home in Caistor Centre on Friday, September 30, 2005, John (Jack) Francis Fawcett in his 54th year. Beloved husband of Pauline Fawcett (nee Turek). Devoted father of Adam (Beth), Brendan (Danielle) and Sara (Aaron). Special new grandpa to Matthew. Loving brother of Bill (Cathy), Cindy (Rick) and brother-in-law of Ed (Adele) and Ernie (Freda). Jack will also be sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews, by his special companion "Domi", and by his extended family and friends. Predeceased by his parents John and Lois Fawcett. Friends may call at the Merritt Funeral Home, 287 Station Street, Smithville on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-9 pm. The funeral service will be held at St. Martin of Tours Roman Catholic Church, 166 West Street (Regional Road 20), Smithville on Wednesday, October 5, 2005 at 11 am. The family gratefully declines floral tributes. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to McMaster Children's Hospital, The ALS Society of Ontario or Children's Miracle Network would be appreciated by the family and can be made through the funeral home. |
