| GEIL, NELLY: At West Lincoln Memorial Hospital in Grimsby on Thursday, May 19, 2005, Nelly Geil (nee Olden) of Smithville in her 88th year. Beloved wife of the late Charles Geil (1980). Loving mother of Martin of Port Colborne and Charles (Mike) and Lana of Caistor Centre. Cherished grandmother of Martin and Jessica. Nelly will also be missed by her nephew Charlie Olden and niece Dorothy Waller, both of Burlington, and sister Rhea of The Netherlands. Also predeceased by her other sisters and brothers. The funeral service was led by Rev. Dale Massender on Saturday, May 21, 2005 at 10 am at Merritt Funeral Home, Smithville. Interment St. Anns Cemetery. Memorial contributions to the West Lincoln Memorial Auxiliary would be appreciated by the family and can be made through the funeral home. |
