Tsementzis, Christos   1939-2024

Christos passed away peacefully at Juravinski Hospital, Hamilton surrounded by his family on Saturday, April 27, 2024 in his 85 year. Beloved husband of Anastasia for 59 years. Loving father of Peter (Kim) and Angela (Aaron). Extremely proud grandfather of Anastasia and Chris. He will be fondly remembered by all. His kindness and generosity knew no bounds. Christos enjoyed hunting, trap shooting and being surrounded by all of his family and friends. Visitation to take place at Merritt Funeral Home, 287 Station Street, Smithville on Tuesday, April 30th from 5:00 p.m-8:00 p.m. Prayers to begin at 6:00 p.m. The Thryce Holy Hymn/Funeral Service will be celebrated at St. Katherine Greek Orthodox Church, 585 Niagara Street, St. Catharines on Wednesday, May 1 at 12:00 p.m.  Interment at Smithville United Church Cemetery, 116 West Street (Regional Rd 20), Smithville.  If desired, memorial donations to St. Katherine Greek Orthodox Church would be appreciated by the family.
